Add your own terms of use link
Replace the RandomCoffee terms of use link on the registration page with a link to your own terms.
When people register with your invite link, the registration page asks them to accept the terms of use. By default, the “Terms of Use” link opens the RandomCoffee terms. You can replace it with a link to your own terms.
When you add members with a CSV file or an automated flow (HRIS, SCIM…), you accept the terms of use on behalf of all the members you add. They do not go through the registration page, so they do not see the terms of use link.

Open the settings.
Click the gear icon at the top right of the app, go to “Configuration”, then select the “Custom CGU link” card.

Paste your link.
Paste the address of your terms in the “Your own CGU link” field.

Save.
Click “Save”.
To go back to the RandomCoffee terms, empty the field and save.
