Branding

Add your logo to RandomCoffee emails, service pages and the app, and give the app your colors.

Replace the RandomCoffee logo with your own and give the platform your colors, so that your team recognizes your organization at every step. Your logo appears in your emails, your service pages and the app. Your colors apply to the app, for your administrators and your members.

To open the branding settings, click the gear icon at the top right of the app, then “Branding”.

Your logo is displayed in emails and in service pages. The service pages are the pages members see when they act on a program, for example:

  • the page confirming they accepted or declined a RandomCoffee;
  • the snooze page;
  • the unsubscribe page;
  • the page of their match, where they book their meeting.
  1. In the “Logo” section, click “Upload”.

  2. Choose your logo file: a .JPEG or .PNG file of 400 KB maximum.

Your logo is saved as soon as it is uploaded. To remove it, delete it from the “Logo” section: the RandomCoffee logo comes back.

Choose your colors

  1. Start from a preset (optional).

    In “Theme presets”, pick a predefined color scheme. Four are light (“Default”, “Ocean”, “Forest”, “Sunset”) and four are dark (“Dark”, “Midnight”, “Deep Sea”, “Ember”). A preset sets both colors and the matching display mode: you can then adjust each of them.

  2. Set your colors.

    In “Colors”, click the color square to choose your shade, or enter its hex code:

    • “Primary color”: used for buttons, links and active elements.
    • “Button text color”: the color of the text on buttons in your primary color.
  3. Choose the default display mode.

    Above the preview, choose “Light”, “Dark” or “System”. This is the default for your whole team: each person can still choose their own mode in their personal settings, and their choice takes priority.

  4. Check the preview and save.

    The preview on the right shows the result as you go. Click “Save” to apply your colors.

Your colors also apply to the Member Portal:

Your branding applies to all the programs of your workspace.
