Forms is a new feature that lets you collect structured feedback from your people, directly within RandomCoffee. Build a form, send it to your audience, and analyze responses in real time, all in one place.
Building your form
Head to Content > Forms in your Admin Portal and click "Create your first form" to get started.
Forms uses a drag-and-drop builder with a full range of question types to let you create the feedback you truly need.
Sharing your form
Once your form is ready, you can share it with your audience directly from the platform. Use filters to target specific groups by department, location, or any custom attribute defined in your member directory.
Tracking responses in real time
As soon as responses start coming in, your dashboard updates live. You'll be able to see:
Response charts: visual breakdown of answers per question
Completion rates: how many people started vs. finished
Average scores: for rating-based questions
You can filter and cross-tabulate results by segment to compare how different groups responded, and export raw data or visual reports for deeper analysis or stakeholder presentations.
Acting on your results
Forms doesn't just show you the data, it helps you make sense of it:
Summaries give you a quick read on overall sentiment and key themes
Enrich your users: you can create new categories and upload data on existing members, update existing data or add brand new members, all in one click!
