Metrics overview
As soon as responses start coming in, your form's analytics update live. You'll be able to see:
The number of submissions
A summary for each question and the response ratios and trends
A share display, where you can access the form's link and its preview
Settings where you can activate/deactivate the progress bar, close the form and schedule it's closing
A detailed submission for each participant
Enrich your users' data
Under the submission tab, you have the ability to export all the responses from participants.
You can also click on "Enrich my users" to add this data to RandomCoffee.
A mapping page pops-up, the same system used when adding members via bulk upload CSV.
Each question from your form can become a category and the responses their value.
You have three options:
Ignore the field
Map to existing category > perfect to gather missing data on certain members or to update a specific category
Create a new category > choose the type of category relevant for the data
Once all the questions have been mapped, you have the option to toggle off the "Welcome email". This email sends information about accessing the workspace as a new member.
Form participants who are already in the workspace will:
Have their information updated;
and/or
Have information added.
Form participants who are not in the workspace will:
Be added as an active member, with the information mapped from the form.
