You have successfully launched your broadcast, now let's take a look at the analytics behind the email!
You can see at a glance, for each communication, the deliver, open, click and bounce rate.
Understand the metrics
Here is a short description of each metric:
Delivered emails
A delivered email is an email that reached the recipient's inbox.
The higher the rate, the better.
If you are sending your campaign in batch (with active delivery rate), you will need to wait until all the members have been reached in order to see the final updated metric.
Opened emails
A opened email is an email that has been opened, at least once, by the receiver.
The higher the rate, the better, it means your communication was highly engaging.
Clicked emails
A clicked email is an email the receiver clicked on, at least once, after opening it.
The click(s) metric could be from an image, banner, logo, text link or button.
Bounced emails
A bounced email is an email that did not reach the recipient's inbox.
The lower the rate, the better.
Reasons for bounce emails:
The rejection of the message due to spam filters
The recipient address is misspelled, or simply does not exist on the receiving system
The recipient's inbox is full
In order to reduce the bounce rate, set up your own / the company's sending domain.
