By default, RandomCoffee uses dynamic, tiered billing based on the number of active users in your workspace (not just the ones participating in RandomCoffees). To help you manage costs, you can set a usage limit that caps the number of billable users, ensuring your charges don’t exceed a defined threshold, even if your number of active users increases.
This limit sets the maximum number of people who can be invited/matched in each session. For example, if there are 180 people in your workspace but your limit is set to 100, only 100 people will be invited/matched per session, and you’ll be billed for 100 users instead of all 180.
