By default, RandomCoffee uses dynamic, tiered billing based on the number of active users. To help you manage costs, you can set a usage limit that caps the number of billable users, ensuring your charges don’t exceed a defined threshold, even if your number of active users increases.
This limit sets the maximum number of people who can be matched in each session. For example, if there are 180 people in your workspace but your limit is set to 100, only 100 people will be matched per session, and you’ll be billed for 100 users instead of all 180.
