Use your audience in a program

Once saved, your Audience can be used in your program.

  1. Open your program

  2. In the Communication tab, go to the Audience section, and select "Switch to Audiences"

3. Select your audience(s) in the list

When you add multiple audiences to a program, participants from all selected audiences will be combined. This follows an OR logic, meaning anyone who belongs to at least one of the selected audiences will be included in the program.

In other words, it’s an inclusive list: if someone is in Audience A or Audience B, they’ll be part of the program.

4. Don't forget to save your program! ;)
