Audience is a new feature enabling you to create dynamic or static groups based on employee profile details, custom categories, and real-time participation behaviors. It’s now easier than ever to target exactly the right people, at exactly the right moment.
2 types of audiences
🔄 Dynamic audiences
Dynamic audiences are automatically populated and updated based on criteria you define.
These criteria can include:
Profile details: such as creation date, role (admin/user), status, email, name...
Categories: like location, department, or any other category set by admins
Participation behavior: such as last matched date, number of matches overall or in a specific program, number of invitations received in a specific program.
...and audiences! (belongs/does not belong to...)
Why use dynamic audiences?
Save time with automatic updates
Always target the right people at the right time
Personalize your programs based on real engagement data
Example: Create an audience of new hires who joined in the last 30 days and haven’t been matched yet. They’ll automatically be added (and removed) as their status changes.
📌 Static audiences
Static audiences allow you to manually select and manage participants, with the added benefit of filtering first. Start by applying filters (just like with dynamic audiences), then manually fine-tune your list, adding or removing people as needed.
Why use static audiences?
Combine the power of filters with manual flexibility
Great for special programs, pilot groups, or handpicked teams
Easily include people who fall outside of predefined categories
Example: Launch a cross-functional innovation group with employees from R&D, marketing, and a few selected external advisors. Add them manually and keep the list fixed.
