RandomCoffee's Mentoring Program is a feature that lets organizations run structured, role-based mentoring end-to-end. No spreadsheets or manual coordination needed.
Key features:
Enrollment: Admins create separate mentor/mentee audiences from HR data, or open a self-registration link so members pick their own role.
Smart matching: An algorithm proposes pairs based on seniority, skills, department, or any directory attribute. Admins can review, adjust, and approve matches before anyone is notified, or they can choose to let the algorithm take charge. Members get a transparent explanation of why they were paired.
Structured journey: Each pair follows a defined roadmap of milestones (e.g., Kickoff → Assessment → Deep dive → Projects → Reflection → Wrap-up), with resources (PDFs, videos, templates) unlocking at each step and built-in calendar booking for sessions.
Shared pair space: Every mentor-mentee pair gets one centralized page with their profiles, progress tracker, upcoming sessions, and resources.
