Change your Pro subscription (monthly/annually)

If you have a Pro plan, you can change your billing cycle, by switching to monthly or annually billing.

  • Login to your RandomCoffee platform (https://app.random-coffee.com/login/).

  • Go to the "Settings" tab, and open the "Billing & Plans" section.

  • In the example below, we have an annual subscription. Select "Monthly" and click "Pay Monthly".

  • By doing so, you will be switched to a monthly subscription with a new billing cycle. The unused time already paid for annual subscription will be stored as credits which will be used automatically every month (see the calculation below):

  • Read and accept the Terms & Conditions, and confirm your choice.

  • Go to the "Billing" tab: you will see your billing credits at the bottom of this page:

When all your credits will be used, the credit card registered in your platform will be charged.

Your invoice will be visible in the "Invoices history" tab.
