Scheduling a meeting from a match message in MS Teams
If you’re receiving your match notifications directly in Microsoft Teams, you already have a built-in way to schedule your coffee meetup. Simply click the “Schedule your meetup” button at the bottom of the match card to pick a time and send an invite in just a few seconds.
Scheduling a meeting from a match email
If match messages are sent via email, you can still schedule your meetup just as easily!
In the "Booking" tab, define the meeting title, description and duration.
2. In the "Communication" tab, select the match email and click "Customize"
3. Add a “Schedule your coffee” button inside the email.
4. Insert the following variable as the button url: {{schedule_meeting_link_on_msteams}}
When participants click the “Schedule your coffee” button, a new MS Teams meeting will be automatically created with the information you entered in the "Booking" tab. They just have to choose the date and time for the invitation and send it to their match!
Whoever schedules the meeting first does it for the whole group!
The meeting will automatically appear in their Outlook Calendar if it is synchronized with Teams.
Participants can reschedule the meeting at any time, just like any other appointment.
