From the login page

  • Enter your email and follow the instructions provided in the email that has just been sent to you.


From your Member Portal

  • Open your Member Portal (https://app.random-coffee.com/login).

  • Access your profile by clicking on your initials at the bottom left of the screen

  • Select "Password"

  • Enter your current password, and create a new one


From an automatic pop-up

We recently released a new feature enabling Admins to force passwords reset.

If this feature is activated, any user who has not updated their password within the set timeframe will be forced to update their password at their next login.

If a user is logged into the application at the time the option is activated, on page refresh, they will be automatically redirected to the password reset modal. They must update their password to regain access to the application.
