Out of the office, on vacation, or just looking for a break from RandomCoffee? Snooze your participation: until the date you choose, you are left out of new sessions in all the programs of your workspace, so you receive no invitations and no matches. You can snooze for up to 4 weeks.

## Snooze from an email

<Steps>

1. **Click "Snooze" at the bottom of an opt-in email.**

 The opt-in email is the invitation to join a session. When you have access to the Member Portal, you also find a "Snooze" link on the page that opens after you accept or decline a session.

 <OptInEmail template="default" crop="footer" mark="snooze" alt="End of a RandomCoffee opt-in email: the footer with the "Unsubscribe" and "Snooze" links, "Snooze" circled" />

2. **Choose the end date of your break.**

 On the "Snooze your participation" page, under "Snooze my participation for:", pick the date of your next availability in the calendar, up to 4 weeks ahead. Shortcuts let you choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks in one click.

 <SnoozePage alt="The "Snooze your participation" page, with the "Snooze my participation for:" date field and the "Save my choice" button" />

3. **Click "Save my choice".**
