# View past and upcoming sessions

See the past and upcoming sessions of a program, or of all your programs, in a calendar or a list, in the timezone of your choice.

The "Sessions" tab of a program shows all its past and upcoming sessions, in a calendar or as a list.

## Calendar view

Open your program and go to the "Sessions" tab. The calendar shows each sending date of the month (opt-in and match messages) with its time. Use the arrows and "Today" to move from one month to another.

Click an upcoming session to edit or delete it. See [Change or delete a scheduled session](/admin/programs/schedule-sessions/#change-or-delete-a-scheduled-session).

## List view

To see your sessions as a list, click the list icon next to the "Schedule a new session" button. Click the calendar icon to go back.

Each session shows:

- its sending date and time, and its status: "Done" or "Scheduled";
- the number of members concerned ("Members");
- for sessions with opt-in, the number of people who accepted ("Opted in").

## All the sessions of all your programs

To see the sessions of all your programs together, go to "Programs" > "Planning" in the left menu. It shows the same calendar and list for all your programs. Click an upcoming session, then "View program", to open its program.
