The Admin Portal is where you set up and run RandomCoffee for your organization. This article walks you through each part of it.

## Find your way around

The menu on the left gives you access to the main sections: "Home", "Analytics", "Programs", "Broadcasts", "People" and "Content".

The header, at the top of the page, holds the search, your notifications, the settings (gear icon) and your profile. The "View as member" button shows RandomCoffee as your members see it, in the [members portal](/members/getting-started/member-portal/).

## Home

Home is the first page you see when you open RandomCoffee as an admin. It helps you get started and keep an eye on your workspace:

- a checklist of the essential steps to get the most out of RandomCoffee ("Things to check to get started");
- key figures, such as your running programs and the date of the next session;
- your programs, with their status and upcoming sessions;
- programs suggested from the Use Cases Library;
- shortcuts to go further with your setup (custom domains, HRIS, Single Sign-On...);
- help resources: "Talk to our experts!" and this knowledge base.

The exact layout of Home can vary from one workspace to another.

## Analytics

"Analytics" gives you the results of your programs: key figures, participation over time and statistics per program. See [Dashboard](/admin/results/dashboard/) for the details.

## Programs

The "Programs" menu has three sections.

### All programs

All your programs, filtered [by status](/admin/programs/what-is-a-program/). Each program shows a tag with its type, for example "Coffee meetup" or "Mentorship".

Coffee meetup programs are available on every plan. Mentoring programs require the mentoring add-on: see [Plans](/admin/billing/plans/) and the [mentoring overview](/admin/mentoring/mentoring-overview/).

<AllPrograms alt="The All programs page, with a mentoring program and two coffee meetup programs" />

### Use Cases Library

Ready-to-use program templates. Browse them and use the ones that fit your needs: you can customize everything when you [create your program](/admin/programs/create-a-program/). For inspiration, see [program ideas](/admin/best-practices/program-ideas/).

### Planning

All the sessions of all your programs, at a glance. See [View all sessions](/admin/programs/view-sessions/).

## Broadcasts

All your [broadcasts](/admin/broadcasts/create-a-broadcast/), the communications you send to your members. You can filter them by status: "Draft", "Scheduled" or "Sent".

<Broadcasts alt="The Broadcasts page, listing a draft communication and a sent one with its delivery and open rates" />

## People

The "People" menu has five sections.

### All members

This is a key section: from here, you manage your members, add new ones and change their status. See [Members and profiles](/admin/members/members-and-profiles/) and [Ways to add members](/admin/members/ways-to-add-members/).

### Audiences

Groups of members that you can target in your programs. See [Audiences](/admin/categories-and-audiences/audiences/).

### Categories

Labels or profile information attached to each member, such as their city or department. See [Categories](/admin/categories-and-audiences/categories/).

### Invites

The people you invited by email with the "Send an invite link" option appear here, with the status of their invitation. See [Invite members](/admin/members/invite-members/).

### History

The complete history of changes to your member list, with the date and the administrator: CSV uploads, HRIS and API imports, Slack and Microsoft Teams syncs, members added or updated manually, and bulk activations, deactivations and deletions.

## Content

The "Content" menu has four sections.

### Notes

Your knowledge library. See [Notes](/admin/content/notes/).

### Forms

All your forms. See [Create a form](/admin/content/create-a-form/).

### Templates

The email templates of your programs and broadcasts, once created. You can create a new template, edit and preview existing ones.

<ContentTemplates alt="The Templates page, with a preview, a Preview button and an Edit button for each email template" />

### Assets

All your email assets (pictures, logos). You can preview an asset, copy its link or delete it, and sort your assets into folders.

<ContentAssets alt="The Assets page, with the New Folder and New Asset buttons and the link, preview and delete icons under each asset" />

## Settings

Open the settings with the gear icon in the header, at the top right of the app. To come back to the Admin Portal, click "Exit settings".

<SettingsHeader alt="The header of the app with the settings gear icon highlighted, and the Exit settings button on the left" />

### General

Change your organization name ("Team name"), your workspace link and the default language of your workspace. Members can choose another language for their own account.

### Branding

Customize how your workspace looks for your team: your logo, shown in your emails, your service pages and the app, and your colors, applied to the app. See [Branding](/admin/workspace-settings/branding/).

<BrandingSettings alt="The Branding page, with the logo upload, theme presets and a live preview of the app" />

### Sending domains

By default, emails are sent by "RandomCoffee" from juliette@random-coffee.com. Add your own domain to choose the "from" and "reply-to" names and addresses of each program. See [Sending domain](/documentation/emails/sending-domain/).

### Whitelisted domains

Choose the email domains allowed in your workspace, for example your organization's domain. Once you add a domain, only people with an email address from your allowed domains can sign up with your [invite link](/admin/members/invite-members/) or receive an email invitation. You can add several domains. With no domain in the list, every address is accepted.

### Team permissions

Choose what each administrator can do. See [Admin permissions](/admin/administrators/admin-permissions/).
