RandomCoffee has three plans: Free, Pro and Enterprise. Start for free with a small team, then grow with Pro or Enterprise to connect everyone in your organization. This article explains what each plan includes and how to find your current plan. For prices, see the [pricing page](https://www.random-coffee.com/pricing/) of our website.

## The three plans at a glance

| | Free | Pro | Enterprise |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Programs | 1 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| People matched per session | 20 | Everyone | Everyone |
| Administrators | 1 | 3 | On demand |
| Price | Free | Based on your number of active members | Custom pricing |

## Free

The Free plan is a good way to try RandomCoffee with a small team. It is free with no time limit, and you do not need a credit card.

It works with email, Slack and Microsoft Teams, with these limits:

- **1 program.** Paused programs count, deleted programs do not.
- **20 people per session.** Only the first 20 people of the audience are matched, and always the same 20, even if you have more members in your workspace.
- **1 administrator.**

## Pro

The Pro plan removes the limits of the Free plan:

- unlimited programs, and everyone in your audience is matched;
- 3 administrators;
- your own sending domain and sender (see [Sending domain](/documentation/emails/sending-domain/));
- the [HRIS integration](/admin/members/sync-from-hris/) and [SCIM provisioning](/admin/members/provision-with-scim/);
- priority support.

The Pro plan uses dynamic billing: its price depends on the number of active members in your workspace, and you can pay monthly or annually. See [How Pro billing works](/admin/billing/pro-billing/).

## Enterprise

The Enterprise plan is for organizations that run RandomCoffee at scale. It includes everything in Pro, plus:

- user seats and administrator seats on demand;
- [team permissions](/admin/administrators/admin-permissions/), to choose what each administrator can do;
- [single sign-on (SSO)](/documentation/security/sso/), [two-factor authentication (2FA)](/documentation/security/two-factor-authentication/), the [API](/documentation/api/) and the [Workday integration](/documentation/integrations/workday/);
- the "Admin-led" matching process, to review matches before they are sent;
- a dedicated account manager, a service level agreement (SLA), onboarding and training sessions, custom reports and a review of your security questionnaire.

Pricing is custom. To talk about it, [book a demo](https://www.random-coffee.com/get-a-demo/) or click "Get a quote" on the Enterprise plan in your billing settings (see [Upgrade your plan](/admin/billing/upgrade/)).

## Add-ons

Some features are sold as add-ons, on top of your plan.

**Mentoring.** Mentoring programs (mentors, mentees, sessions and skills matching) require the mentoring add-on, available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. To add it, contact your RandomCoffee sales representative or your Customer Success Manager. See the [mentoring overview](/admin/mentoring/mentoring-overview/).

## Find your current plan

<Steps>

1. Open the settings with the gear icon in the header, at the top right of the app.
2. Click "Billing".

</Steps>

What you see depends on your plan:

- **Free or Pro**: three tabs. "Subscription" shows the plans, with your plan marked "Current Plan". "Billing" shows your subscription, your billing credits, your usage limit (on the Pro plan), your number of active members, your payment method and your billing information. "Invoices history" lists your invoices.
- **Enterprise**: a single page with your subscription and a "Contact my dedicated CSM" button, followed by your number of active members.

<BillingPage plan="enterprise" alt="The "Billing & Plans" page of an Enterprise workspace, with the "Subscription" card: "Enterprise", "You have a custom Enterprise plan." and the "Contact my dedicated CSM" button" />
