Not sure which program to launch next? Two resources help you choose: an interactive map of program ideas organized by HR challenge, and a yearly roadmap that tells you when to run each program. Most ideas match a ready-to-use template of the "Use Cases Library".

## Explore the program map

The program map gives you program ideas for the HR challenges you are working on: onboarding, DEI, learning and development, employee engagement and more. It is updated regularly.

## Plan your year with the program roadmap

The RandomCoffee program roadmap is a full year of ready-to-launch programs, inspired by what our most successful customers already do. It balances consistency and surprise: some programs run all year and build lasting habits, others come back every quarter or every month around a goal or a cultural moment.

## Launch a program from a template

All templates are in the "Use Cases Library" of your RandomCoffee platform, in the "Programs" menu. Click "Preview" on a template to see its settings and messages, then "Setup this program" to create a program from it. Everything stays customizable: name, audience, group size, frequency and messages. See [Create a program](/admin/programs/create-a-program/).
